How do I know what my webserver is?

Post by abmrab »

Hello,
I have started the install process of TestLink. I am trying to follow the Install & Configuration Manyual for TestLink 1.6.
I went to XMAPP and downloaded the Apache, MySQL and Php. I am now at the point where I think I have to do the actual install. By the way I chose FileZilla.

Now it is telling me to ftp my files to the webserver. I think I have the webserver on my local machine....(not really sure about that).

My question is when it says to access http:///testlink/install/index.php

How do I know what \"\" is? I don\'t remember assigning a name to it. Where do I do this.

Thanks.

Your own machine could be reffered via \"localhost\" or \"127.0.0.1\" or IP address.
