Install and conf for Mail on Testlink

I would like to know how and where I can configure the mail for Testlink.

For standard linux is not required a special configuration.
For microsoft you must configure php.ini. See www.php.net for more details. I didn\'t use it yet, so I don\'t know more.

If it doesn\'t work, there is problem in configuration of operating system or DNS.

I configured my php.ini (im using Windows) but still getting the same error msg...
