where to get older version 1.7.4?

i have a older 1.6.1 and need to convert and upgrade the latest one.
the upgrade page says, it needs to goto 1.7.4 first, and then from 1.7.x to 1.8.4.

not sure where to get a copy of 1.7.4 so i will migrate step by step?
