Annoying pop-up when editing a Test Case's Steps or Summary

Hi all,
I used IE7 as browser and I face the issue that each time I try to edit a Test Case's Summary, Steps or Result, I get a pop-up "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?".
Is this any way to disable that through any config file?

I don't have IE7, myself, but try/check this setting...

In IE7's advanced options, check the option for "Enable native XMLHTTP support", and see if it makes any difference.

Thnx, but it doesnt work. I ve tried that with Mozilla 3.0.15 too and occurs exactly the same pop-up. Take into account that this occurs only with Testlink so I think that the issue has to do with config setting and is not browser related.

I have Mozilla 3.5.x, and I don't see this issue.

I'll double-check, though, to make sure I'm not making an assumption.

Hi again,
That happens in Mozilla 3.5.x too. Go to Test Specification and press "Edit" button for an already existing test case. Then write something in the "Steps" panel and then press "Save" button. The pop-up will always appear.
That doesnt happen in chrome however.

Yes, you are correct, I do see this pop-up as well.

I have some good news and bad news:

The GOOD new is, I believe I know what the potential problem might be, but the BAD new is, I can't disclose what the potential fix might be until I get a consensus from the TL devel. [I don't have a way to test what I've found where I'm located right now]

That being said, though, check back here in the next day [or two] and I'll disclose the change if they [TL dev.] agree.
