Install Issues under WinXP, SQLexpress & ISS

I've been evaluating Testlink on a local machine, using MySQL & Apache - installed with no problems.

We are now going to use Testlink in a live environment and I've been told I need to use IIS (v5.1) & MSSQL Express under WindowsXP

My problem is that on the initial check screen the config_db & custom_config are showing as Failed. After searching the forums and net the general pointers are toward permissions (the IUSR user). I've ensured that this user, the users group and my account all have full control of the testlink directory. I'm still having the problem. So I manually created both these files - I could then move onto the next step. However, when I get to the License screen, I tick the agree button but when I press Proceed and to returned straight back to the License screen.

Are there any other pointers someone could give. Thanks....
