Not able to import filtered test cases into test plan

This problem is observed in the "import test cases into test plan" feature

When I select filter as None and then click on the category in the navigator frame,in the add test cases into test plan frame(right side),test cases belonging to that category are displayed with check boxes.Here I can select the check boxes corresponding to these test case titles and add into test plan

But when I select any other items in the filter (sanity,confidence or full) and click on Set filter button tree view is not refreshed showing the filtered test cases in the lefts side navigator frame.Also after click on the category in the navigator frame,in the add test cases into test plan frame test case titles belonging to category are not displayed with check boxes
