Links issues lib/general/lib...

Hi all,

When TL shows the main page (after login), the targets of the links in the menu seems to be wrong. For example, one references the lib/general/usermanagement' folder and there is kind of folder with this path in the testlink home directory. I suppose it is due to a wrong configuration but I can't see where.

For information, I have changed the return value of the get_home_url function to match the url expected by one apache directive ('/testlink').
