The problem with Update Tree

Hello dear Testlink Team,

I can't use Testlink because of the following problem: it's not possible to see child Test Suites on Test Specification page. I'm able to add the child test suite but I can't see it in the tree. Clicking "Update Tree" button doesn't help.

So, my current test project shows 0 test suites but really I already have about 5.

I'm using mysql, solaris, php and testlink 1.8.5

Could you advise please?

I just installed testlink v1.9 beta but it didn't solve my issue. I still cannot map test suites to test project

I found in documentation the following:

TL_TREE_KIND
This parameter also is used to configure tree menu Component used in TestLink. Possible
values are 'LAYERSMENU', 'DTREE', 'JTREE'. LAYERSMENU is default value. The component
JTREE has the best performance. The two others have the ability to remember the last position
in addition.

But I don't see this parameter in my config file config.inc.php
