charts are not displayed after adding new test result

I have Added a new type of Test results on execution page, I followed the manual instructions (updated the custom_config.inc.php, strings.txt and testlink.css).
the new test result was added properly, but the charts stopped working, not displayed!!!!

what did I miss?
how can I solve the problem?
