about testlink and bugzilla integration

Hi,
I want to integrate testlink with bugzilla, but the bugzilla system is on a different machine, and it is not desirable to enable mysql database network access. So I am wondering, is it possible to integrate the 2 systems without mysql interface? Can I use the Web interface alone to submit bugs? If so, how can I modify the code of testlink? Thanks!
