TestLink setup will now attempt to setup the database:

Connecting to database `testlink17`: OK!
Sorry but I don't know how to upgrade from your schema version: 1.7.0 RC 2

RC2 to RC3 upgrade
can anyone provide help on this installer message?
This means we have no created a procedure to upgrade from rc2 to rc3.
The only change is field name date changed on milestones table.
Then look at the install script of rc 3 for the right name, change it manually and DO NOTHING with the installer.
Your rc 3 must work fine.
Please upgrade to last tarball
