I have installed de TestLink with PHP 5.3, and, when i ronning the program, this message lot my screen!
"Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\Apache\www\testlink\third_party\adodb\adodb.inc.php on line 1858"

2. test link version you are trying to install ?
