-Upgrade Testlink 1.7 RC1 to RC3

Please help to to upgrade the existing Testlink 1.7.0 RC1 to 1.7.0 RC3 .

I tried to go throught the Installation manual but not very clear with the steps

What exactly is to be replaced for <yoursite> ??

10:113.X.Y >> is the ip address of the machine where we already have the tool installed..
