Upgrade from RC2 to Final?

... are there any known issues with this? I saw an item in the forums about an upgrade from RC2 to RC3 having a problem because of a field name change in the milestones table? It wasn't clear how to figure out what to manually change. Any other issues? Help much appreciated!

install in a new directory
clear your browse cookies
configure 1.7.1 manually
point your browser
system will be (i hope) guide you
