testlink timestamp problem, time format is not correct.

Hi
i am using tl 1.8.4 and facing a problem of timestamp in testlink. Whenever I upload some scripts files / log files in testlink, in the testlink the timestamp it shows 3-4 hours behind the system time, even in the "Events" details the timestamp comes as 3-4 hours behind.

Does anybody knows how to setup the testlink DB timestamp?
What I understood is that testlink does have a of different time zone format. I reside in India so I need to update that figure as GMT + 5.30.

It would be a great help please ...
