Error on testplan deletion - risk_assignments table

Error on testplan deletion - risk_assignments table

Hello,
We migrate from 185 to 193 and since this migration we experience a problem on testplan deletion with the following message :

#0 database->exec_query(DELETE FROM risk_assignments WHERE testplan_id=32770) called at [/WOO/WEB/testlink-dev/www/lib/functions/testplan.class.php:1888]
#1 testplan->delete(32770) called at [/WOO/WEB/testlink-dev/www/lib/plan/planEdit.php:81]

If I look into DB I don't see this table.

Can someone help us ?
