[NO ISSUE] Blank page during Testlink 1.9.4 new installation

I'm setting up a new installation of Testlink 1.9.4 and after I check the " I agree to the terms set out in this license" and click continue, I'm seeing a blank page ( http://localhost/install/installCheck.php?licenseOK=on). Apache, PHP and MySQL all look good and I'm seeing error File does not exist: "C:/Apache2.2/htdocs/testlink/rest" in Apache logs. I checked the forum and did not find any solutions. Can someone please help with this?

Here is my configuration:
Windows 2008 R2 server
Apache 2.2.19 - 32 bit
PHP 5.2
MySQL

Hi,

You have installed apache, mySQL etc... from what? You used XAMPP package? Did you install from scratch?

Thank you, I reinstalled XAMPP and the problem has been resolved.
