[SOLVED] Textbox for "Summary" and "Preconditions"

Hi all

I had install Testlink 1.9.5.
When i create a new test case, a popup open with the message "menubar tl_default doesent exist".
This is not the real problem, but i can't write a "Summary" or "Preconditions", why i haven't a Textfield.
I think that its all one problem.
In your forum i found the advice to controll "var/www/testlink/cfg/tl_fckeditor_config.js" of "FCKConfig.ToolbarSets["tl_default"]".
After this, i controll it but it was correct.
Now i update to Testlink 1.9.6.
The popou doesn't advertise now, but i haven't again no textbox for "Summary" and "Preconditions".

What can I do?

Can be issue regading .htaccess files (I've experimented it), due to syntax changes between apache versions.
Quik & Dirty => remove .htaccess from config folder and also from ckeditor folder.
