Enable attachment

Hi,

I'm a total newbie to TL. I was wondering how do you enable attachments? When I open up a test suite or a test case I see the following message at the bottom of the page:

attachment disabled
directory for attachments: /var/testlink/upload_area/ does not exist

open config.inc.php and read all information about folders used for attachments.
message seams clear: this directory does not exist => you have to create it or , create a different one and configure
the directory for attachments.
There are also other posts on forum explaining not the basic config, but changes that have happening due to security from 1.9.5 and up
