Moving MySQL DB from Localhost to Centralized DB server

Hi TestLink Team,

Current Setup:

TestLink - 1.9.1
Apache - Apache 2.2.15
MySQL - 5.1.73
PHP - 5.3.3
OS: Scientific Linux 6.5

We are facing extreme slowness after moving MySql DB from localhost to Centralized DB server. It is taking 3-4min to load login page of the TestLink. After login, it is taking 2-3min to navigate other pages in TestLink. We need your advise on this issue. We have completely blocked because of this issue.

1) all your configuration is not good, MySQL is old, same for php and worst for TestLink version.
2) get Bitnami VM, with 1.9.14 and migrate to db the retest
