Can not add any Testcases

I need help very urgent!!

Since last week I had to install TestLink in my company.
At first I tried it on my PC and everything works correct.
When I installed it on a VMWare I am not able to insert any Testcases because no buttons were shown when I klicked on the Testsuite.
In the IE status box following error messages are shown when I open Specification:

Column: 190
Character: 1
Error: DOM is undefined
Code: 0

Error: Object expected
Code: 0

Configuration of the VMWare where TestLink is installed:
Windows XP
PHP 5.2.0
Apache 2.0.59
MySQL 5.0

Can someone help me please?!
