TestLink CVS -- not corporate friendly?

I would like to stay up to date with the TestLink development efforts.

The corporate HTTP proxy, TortoiseCVS and the SourceForge repository do not want to get along. I have tried using the proxy address and port in the :pserver: section, but keep getting "target machine actively refuses it". The proxy is an HTTP proxy (which supports "connect"), so if someone has been able to successfully trick one of these, please enlighten me!! :D

SVN has not been an issue...

Are there other means to get the recent builds?

Try to use another port (for example 22). Sometimes it helps.

When I use the :ext: access method, I get "permission denied", which I would expect.

Is there another location where I can get the updates? The current CVS access methods are unworkable for this location.
