Assigning testers to TCs

Hi,

I noticed that there isn't a way in the current API to assign testers to TCs. So I 'm planning to extended the XMLRPC-API functionality to support this and would like to contribute it to the project.

How do I do this? The links to the tracker at http://www.teamst.org/index.php/howto-contribute seems to be broken.
