updateTestCase method

I upgraded to testlink 1.9.3 since I saw that issue 2757 had been resolved:
[TL API] API method "updateTestCase" not available

.
However, when I try to use this method, I get the error:
xmlrpclib.Fault: <Fault -32601: 'server error. requested method tl.updateTestCase does not exist.'>

Does this method updateTestCase exist in 1.9.3?
Is there a way to create a new version of an existing testcase via the api?

Does anyone use this forum?
There never seems to be anyone online and there seem to be a lot of Spambot replies as recent entries.
I am trying to decide whether to recommend TestLink for our company and the effectiveness of a user forum is a significant requirement (or sample tutorials/videos)
