Get Not Run Status in Testlink API

i use testlink TestLink 1.9.15 (Tauriel) and i'm not see the XML RPC Api to get Un Executed Test Result (Not Run) based on Test Plan .
i know test case that not run yet is not write to database but i need it for calculate precentage to which testcase that executed or not.

Any Suggestion for get Test Case that not executed yet ?
