Is there a way to assign 2 mails to an user?

in case user has 2 different mails and i want to send him to both mails... is it possible?

NO, its not possible.

This could be accomplished by using a distribution email list. This would involve a 3rd email address that is used for TL and then it would forward to the 2 email address (or however many other addresses). This isn't something TL needs to perform.
