Report: Test Result Matrix with all activ testplans

Problem:
We have a set of Testcases for general function.
No on every Release (testplan) we set all these testcases, just a couple.
So the will excecute not every release (testplan) but maybe every second or third.

We need a report similar to the "Test Result Matrix", but instead of the different builds should listed the different Testplans (at the best with time filter, f.example 'last 4 month') with this their last result instead.

So we got an overview, which testcases we should plan for the next testplan.


For short: We need to filter Testcases over all testplans in a project for 'last execution time'

Is this in anyway possible?

I think this is a problem for all projects with a life cycle, more than one releases and a product with a big set of features (that can not test in every testplan).
