Error message "wrong xml test suite file" while importing

I have created (1) data in excel (2003 edition), (2)created xml mapping in note pad, saved it with xml extension (3) performed xml mapping into excel, dragged and dropped (from xml source window all attributes onto excel column headers to map data to xml format) (4) Opened blank notepad, saved it under xml extension (5) finally imported excel data (which was mapped to xml fmt) to this blank note pad, then (6) tried to import to testlink 1.9.2 version, I see error message : "Wrong xml test suite file" or "Wrong xml test case file".

Any one came across similar issue? Please help to resolve

This should be done carefull, any small mistake would not import the file. Refer help files how to open and xml using excel
