Issue with deletion of attached file

Hi All,

I upgraded Test Link version 1.9 (Beta) to Version 1.9.3 recently. In Test Specification tab, when adding a Test Suite there is an option to attach file. I attached a file using this option. After attaching when I try to delete this attached file, a Confirmation Pop-up is triggered. Clicking 'ok' in the confirmation pop-up did nothing with the file deletion. The file did not get deleted.
Could anyone suggest me a solution.
