Case Save button doesn't work after upgrade to 1.9.3

Hi,

I've recently upgraded from 1.8 and I'm experiencing issue with saving cases. Basically save button does nothing, so I cannot edit cases. Any clues how can this be troubleshooted?

it's a pitty no one has any ideas on troubleshooting. looks like I need to backout to 1.8
