[SOLVED] Test Plan marked as OK?

Main view, next to the Test Plan drop-down list: Sometimes there is a rectangular field that says OK.
Under what circumstances is it displayed?

ignore it, was necessary to have this button only when you have JUST ONE ACTIVE TESTPLAN, in order to force load of page, because
on input select HTML on change event does not trigger when you have just one element
