[SOLVED / DUPLICATE] issues with fckeditor and Firefox 17

With the new FF 17 the editor in testlink is not longer working.
Is there anywhere a bugfix for this problem ?

After we upgraded PHP and HTTPD on our TestLink server we got the same errors. Not only Firefox 17, but also IE8 did not show the ribbon anymore.

Solution on the phplist link works correctly. In fact, if you also change it in the line just above the one they stated (where it checks for MSIE), then you also solve it for IE8. We decided to use the "return (TRUE)" version, so we don't actually check the version anymore.
