Enable TestlinkMini toolbar warning on a change when leaving

Could any one kindly tell me if there is any way to get a warning on a changed content before an user leave a page for the mini toolbar of test case steps like it's done for the TestLink toolbar by setting the value of "$tlCfg->gui->checkNotSaved" to enable on custom_config.inc.php.
The need of this option become obvious since the number of steps is increasing and no way to see the save button on the screen without scrolling to the top or the bottom of the testcase page when trying to edit a step localized on the middle of the others.
