Print large pictures (resized after upload)

I use some large pictures in my Requirement-Documents. In Testlink I have inserted with KCFinder and use FCKEditor to edit my text and pictures.

I resize the pictures in the document to max 500p witdh after the insertion.

if I print the document via the Print-Button on top of the page then my pictures a correct resized.

Now I want the whole documet and I try to export to ODT and DOC - the images will be correct insertet, but with the original size (to large for some pages).

How can I configure that correctly?
