DB Access Error in 1.9.7

Hello,all
I installed 1.9.7 in my server,MySQL is 5.5.22,but I can't login,the error as follows:

1. seems that there is some error with users table. (/var/www/testlink/lib/functions/tlUser.class.php:259)
check that you have the record for admin user.
2. details about PHP version, Operation System used are also important
3. if you are trying to evalute testlink => get Bitnami Virtual Machine or Bitname installer, may be will be a little bit easier
4. do a new fresh install

5. do not forget to register on mantis and get latest fixes after you will finish OK your installation

1.I'm admin user,and what is the record?
2.My Operation System is ubuntu 11.04,PHP is 5.3.10.
3.I need testlink in my work,so I will not use a Virtual Machine
4.I have reinstalled testlink 1.9.7 and 1.9.6 several times,but the same problem still exists
5.If I find some bugs or problems,I will submit on mantis.
