Time tracking (Execution duration) report?

Post by grinder »

Hello everyone.

Can someone tell me if there's a Time Tracking report reflecting the Execution durations entered by Testlink users during the Test Execution?
I can't find it and without it Execution duration feature is useless...

Execution duration is not useless IMHO , and I expect that people present his/here opinions in same way and not as an absolute.

If you give a detailed look to option you have when launching 'Test Report' you are going to find that there is one option 'Metrics'.
If you check it, and launch the report you are going to get the info you want.
There is no spreadsheet like output.

Always is a matter of time, to play a little bit with all features with all options to discover all tool potential.
Unfortunately we do not have enough time to have updated documentation, any help will be welcomed.

If you have a feature request, write a very detailed requirement (including screen mockups, output samples) on http://mantis.testlink.org.
Before reporting: Please read carefully documentation on this forum regarding 'How the issues/features requests has to be reported', using the links we have provided.

I didn't say it's useless by itself, I've meant there is no point in it if there's no related report. Didn't mean to sound harsh.

Well, I took a peek at Test Report with Metrics on and I'll come up with a feature request soon!

PS: I use Testlink for several years already and I really appreciate all the work you are putting in it. Cheers!

UPD: there you go.
