Testlink => Jira + I need more data

Hello

I was able to successfully integrate Testlink and Jira (the one on the cloud)

Part of testlink creating an issue, it populates the description field with some data:
Execution ID:
Tester:
Test Plan:
Platform:
Build:
Executed on (time):
Execution Status:

I would like to add another line a link back to the testlink (testcase) that created this Jira Issue.. how can I do that ?
