Problem with entering requirements

We've just installed Testlink 1.9.9 using a bitnami installer on a Windows IIS machine.
Everything seems to work fine, but entering requirements gives trouble.

Whenever I try to enter a requirement, the scope field shows for one second and then disappears.



Any thoughts?
