How to execute "Test Cases Assigned to me"

hi,

I want to execute all test cases assigned to me and log test resuts as a tester, however, it appears to me the only way is:
- Select a test plan-> Click "execute"->Filter by my name.

I noticed the "Test Cases Assigned to me" can list out all test cases I need to execute in a test project, which is good and clear. But when I click each test case, I'm directed to the test case edit/modification page, not the execution page. Is there a way to add a link(from "Test Cases Assigned to me" to just execute and log result)?
