We get SQL Script showing up on Add Remove Test case window

With version 1.9.14, when selecting add/remove test case under the project / release / sprint, we get some sql script showing up as seen in the attached image.

This was an upgrade of 1.9.8 to 1.9.13 but the apps shows version 1.9.14.

Any ideas what might be wrong here?
