Error http 500 on test execution link Version 1.9.14

Hi,

We recently upgraded to version 1.9.14 from 1.9.8. We applied all the sql scrips in order and also updated the files as described in the README.

We get an error when we click on the Execute Test link. The URL that comes up is the following but it shows as a 500 error.

https://testlink.oursite.com/lib/execut ... signedToMe

The TCEdit Window comes up with no problem. However the OpenExecutionWindow or OpenExecHistoryWindow does not when the test has been passed or failed. If these is no test history then the Test history page will show.

Any ideas on where to begin to look for the cause?

Does any body have any suggestions on what to try or how to proceed on this?
