There's a native way to retrieve the username through devkey?

I'm using TestLink 1.9.11 with mantis.

what do you want to do?
using what ? an API CALL ?
please try to provide clear requirements.

Using an api call i need to identify the username through the devkey.

You need to develop the method on XML-RPC or REST API of TestLink.

Anyway upgrade ASAP to 1.9.13 because anytime you will report something on 1.9.11 nothing will be done till you do not retest on latest stable version + available fixes.
