some icons don't show up upgrade 1.9.13

Hi, I just installed testlink 1.9.13 and imported all the db data from my old testlink 1.9.12. I also copied back all the attachment files under "upload" folder. Everything seems to work except some icons do not show up properly -- see the screenshot below. I checked the source in browser inspector and found out the src attribute are missing for these elements. I wonder if this is a known issue, otherwise I will file a bug in mantis.

Meanwhile, is there a workaround to fix this? Thanks!

try as usual with a FRESH INSTALL in a different folder.
This issue is related to your installation because is so big to be invisible as issue since 1.9.13 release.
You can also try deleting all files under template_c folder
