Custom fields from Test Specification in report

Hi,

I am trying to generate a customized report which would include requirements ,custom fields on requirements specification , linked test cases , custom fields on Test specification and Test execution status ,execution notes and custom fields on test execution which will work as requirement traceability matrix.

I combined few things from requirement overview and requirement based report but I could not get the custom fields on test specification & test execution referring to the test case linked to the requirement.

I tried using get_linked_cfields_at_design & get_linked_cfieds _at_execution but could not get the required output. Could you please guide me on how I can do this?
