Testcase assignment only build-specific

Hello,

is it possible that the testcase-assignment to users is only build specific? If I assign a testcase to a user he is not assigned in a new build.
We have every week a new build so this way of using assignments is not useful for us.

Is there no possibility to assign the user to the tc for every build in the actual testplan (or even in the testproject)?

This is a design choice.
Have you tried new options on CREATE BUILD FEATURE ?
you need to have 1.9.14
