Advantages of Testlink integration with JIRA

What are the advantages of Testlink integration with JIRA. I also want to know what are the new features after integration and how it works generally(screens, videos, anything). I need to present it to my Project Manager and have some strong arguments to integrate it together.

Could not find any information in google, also the forum search did not show me any interesting results(or i could not find them). If the topic was created somewhere before, sorry for the duplicate(please give me the link).

I knew the link before, but this is a list of bugs from mantis. Many issues don't say anything useful.
Features list would be much more helpful.

Maybe someone uses Testlink with JIRA and can post me some screens etc.
