Hi,
I'm trying to reset the password, by clicking "Reset Password" button in one of the users accounts, but the mail was not sent.
Note: emails are sent out normally when assigning test cases to users
I have also tried to update the config file and choose "$tlCfg->password_reset_send_method = 'display_on_screen';" but it didnt show in the screen. I got this message "Password has been set to: " without the password populated.
Please advise.

1) TestLink version is an importante info that is missing
2) Have you checked on mantis (removing status filter) for similar issues/situation before posting ?
3) Detailed steps (really detailed) are not provided making very difficult to be sure a person can use time reproduce same situation.
The password method is also critic
