The Page userInfo.php does not appear for the user, on the chrome console there is an error 500, I analyzed the logs and even so there is no error that indicates a problem on the server.
The internal system works perfectly, except the userInfo.php page, it does not load at all.

Therefore, the user is unable to change the password.
