Unable to do Text Formatting

In testlink > test specification > step action, I am unable to format text as the older version.

Current version is 1.9.19.

Is that thing removed or I need to install anything to use it, please help.

Do you show any browser console errors?
If not, try clearing browser cache and reload.

I am sorry it seems like you didn't get what my issue is,

The text formatting toolbar which used to be displayed in testlink > test specification > step action, is not displayed in version 1.9.19.

Can you please help me out with it properly as it seems to be changed.

The red square lower in the picture shows the cke editor in use. Not that you have to have that specific editor, but that's what I show.

Assuming that you have no custom changes (which should not be applied to this file anyway), what do you show in your config.inc.php file at line 771?

I would still suggest clearing browser cache and then reload, to ensure no cache-related issues.

From here, we might have to figure out what your settings may be.
