Changing the Test Plan Result Document

Hello,

I want to customize the Test Plan Result Document, which you get when you look at Results.
I've already customized the Stylesheet for the output, but I also want to delete/add some lines within the Result Document.
(e.g. the phrase (automatically generated from req. spec.))

Where do I have to do this?
